The car was picked up for me at a good price, but how to pick it up was not entirely clear. For the first time I was offered such a scheme: a shuttle bus will arrive, take me to the office of the rental company, and from there the car will be handed over. How long to get there was not clear and how long everything would take in time - too. The only thing the consultant said is that this is often practiced and clients do not complain. In general, the issue went well, but a little longer.

Elite cars are also on the site, but not as many as we would like. All the same, the company is focused on a slightly different segment. But, for example, the service suits me. There is no extra spending for a "personal consultant" and any issue can be resolved remotely. I love high-quality cars, but without too much pomp in the rental process.
