For many, rest in Egypt is limited to the territory of a five-star hotel - a kind of city in a city where there is everything for a perfect vacation. Quite often, tourists who come to Egypt limit themselves to beach vacations and deprive themselves of the great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of this amazing country, which has preserved the architectural monuments of ancient civilization. We advise you to move away from the usual understanding of holidays in Egypt and draw up your own individual route, where, in addition to the beach and the sea, there will be excursions to museums, trips to the pyramids, and walks in the quarters of the Old City, where you can enjoy a cup of real Egyptian coffee and try some some national dish prepared according to an old recipe. For such a trip, it’s most convenient to rent a car,

Holidays in Egypt
The desert extends in the northeastern part of the Sahara, between the Nile Valley and the Red Sea. Most of the Arabian desert consists of dunes and huge masses of sand that constantly move and form a unique relief of this area.
Nubian desert
One of the largest deserts in the world, located on the territory of two states - Sudan and Egypt. The eastern part is most interesting: the wind bares the ancient rocks, which from afar resemble the ruins of the old city.
Sinai desert
In the center of the Sinai desert is the At-Tih plateau, the rest of its area is covered by dunes, rocks and mountains, whose height reaches almost 2700 meters. Although the Sinai desert is called dead, nevertheless, among the gloomy stone blocks and plain shrubs, there are small oases that confirm that life does exist here.
Diving
Hurghada
Hurghada is considered the best place for diving, there is the largest number of diving sites (dive sites) - more than 40. Diving in Hurghada is practiced all year round, because of the dry climate and the constant sea breeze, the heat is easily tolerated. The best dive sites in Hurghada are: Giftun Saghir, Careless Reef, Fanless Reef and Fanadir, and Hamda.
Sharm El Sheikh
The purest sea water and many lively coral reefs created ideal conditions for diving in Sharm El Sheikh. The main attraction of this region is the marine park Ras Mohamed, known for its reefs and brightly colored fish. You can quickly get to the park in a rented car and leave it in free parking. For beginners, Middle Garden Bay is perfect, where you can see sea devils, turtles and even whale sharks. For deep-sea diving, we recommend choosing Sharks Bay — the beach descends smoothly into the depths, so diving can be done directly from the shore.
Marsa Alam
Having rented a car, go to Marsa Alam, which attracts divers with pristine coral reefs and diverse underwater flora and fauna. Diving programs in Marsa Alam include shore and yacht dives, as well as nighttime swims. We recommend the Dolphins House reef, named after the dolphins grazing here. In Abu Galawa, you will see the wreckage of an old sunken ship, and on the reef Zabargad - the most beautiful emerald corals.
Dahab
One of the best diving sites in the world is located in Dahab - the Blue Hole reef, named after blue corals that have grown into a huge funnel with a diameter of about 50 meters and a depth of 100 meters. If you want to make a night dive, we advise you to choose the Lighthouse reef, located directly on the coast of Dahab.
