I am experimenting with the rental service a lot, of the latter I reserve cars for different distribution stands. From experience, I can say that it is most convenient to pick up in the city center (if there is such an offer) and at the hotel. But with hotels the problem is that the distributor is far from being able to deliver the car to everything, so if you want to try this function, you need to adjust to the conditions
